Scheduling Coordinator

Job Summary:
We require someone with great customer service experience to help triage new clients to the appropriate therapist based on an evaluation of the client’s needs, therapist’s background and availability. The ideal scheduling coordinator is detail oriented and will effectively track inbound calls, verify clients’ eligibility, and respond to phone calls and emails in a timely fashion. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Qualifications:
- Previous mental health office or behavioral health experience required.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
- Proficiency in using scheduling software or platforms, such as TherapyNotes,SimplePractice, or Kareo (a plus).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
