Exercise
Consistent physical activity is a powerful tool proven to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. The program requires 30 mins of at least moderate - intensity exercise daily, following the F.I.D principle (Frequency, Intensity, Duration).

Mindfulness
Dedicated mindfulness practice for just 10 minutes each day helps you anchor yourself in the present moment, increasing focus, reducing stress, and improving emotional regulation.

Sleep
The program encourages the daily use of at least four proven sleep hygiene practices to help you reset your body's natural rhythms, ensuring the deep, restorative rest your mind needs to function optimally.

Social Connectedness
This element is about proactively nurturing your support network by reaching out to or meeting with at least two friends or family members daily.

Nutrition
Fuel your mind with intention. The program helps build awareness around what you consume by requiring you to track your daily meals, snacks, and beverages.
