I love working with...
people throughout their lifetime. I believe heavily in early intervention and as such love working with children and adolescents. I also believe it is important that adults have a safe space to come and process their emotions and life experiences.
Some of my favorite approaches include...
CBT, Art based interventions, Play based interventions, and Solution focused work.
How I help...
I help by creating a space where you feel safe, understood, and in control of your own healing. My style is gentle, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I meet you exactly where you are, and together we move at a pace that feels comfortable and empowering for you.
What it's like in session with me
Sessions with me are person-centered, which means you run the show. You choose the focus of our work, the pace we move at, and the goals we pursue together. I’m here to provide support, evidence-based tools, and a safe space, but your voice and your autonomy are at the center of every session.
