The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.

Hi, I’m Halleh (she/her), an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT #156442). Therapy can be a grounding space where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you navigate life’s challenges. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, navigating life transitions, struggling with self-esteem, healing from relational stress, or exploring your cultural identity and relationships, you don’t have to go through it alone.
I love working with...
Children, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, self-esteem concerns, perfectionism, relationship challenges, life transitions, and identity exploration.
Some of my favorite approaches include...
I take a collaborative, strengths-based, and culturally responsive approach to therapy. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), mindfulness-based practices, trauma-informed care, and positive psychology. I view therapy as a partnership rooted in trust, curiosity, and respect for each client’s lived experience.
How I help...
I help clients create a space where they feel safe to explore what’s going on internally without judgment. My style is warm, grounded, and collaborative.Together, we work on understanding patterns, building emotional awareness, and developing practical tools to manage stress, relationships, and life transitions. I aim to support both insight and action, helping clients feel more connected to themselves and empowered in their daily lives.
I believe...
...that even small shifts in awareness, self-compassion, and behavior can create lasting transformation over time.
What it's like in session with me
I also believe that even small shifts in awareness, self-compassion, and behavior can create lasting transformation over time. You won’t be rushed or judged, we move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling understood, supported, and clearer about your next step.
