If you can't fly then run, if you can't run then walk, if you can't walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.

How I help...
My clinical focus is grounded in trauma-informed care, with significant experience supporting individuals affected by trauma across diverse populations, including Veterans, LGBTQ+ individuals, children and adolescents, formerly incarcerated adults, and individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness. I utilize an integrative, evidence-based approach that incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), object relations theory, interpersonal psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Breathwork, Somatic and Yoga therapy.I have completed foundational training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and introductory coursework in Internal Family Systems (IFS), and I remain actively engaged in ongoing professional development. My additional training includes Skills for Psychological Recovery (SPR), attachment-based trauma interventions, and Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) coursework.I am fluent in Russian, Belarusian, and German, and have working proficiency in Spanish, allowing me to provide culturally responsive and linguistically competent care. I am affiliated with the American Counseling Association and Psi Chi Honor Society. My clinical work is guided by a strong commitment to ethical practice, compassion, and supporting clients in trauma processing, resilience-building, and sustained psychological well-being.
I believe...
...that everyone deserves access to therapy.
