Hello, I’m Dylan Loftis, Full time parent, Part time Associate Marriage and Family Therapist.

I love working with...

I love working with adult individuals, young adults, teens, children and families who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, academic disabilities (ADHD, Dyslexia), parenting support, identity exploration, and LGBTQ+ support. I am passionate about helping people feel understood, empowered, and confident in their lives. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where every client feels respected and supported in their journey.

Some of my favorite approaches include...

My work is strengths-based, collaborative, direct but supportive. Together, we will define what success means for you, identify your unique strengths, and create realistic, achievable goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and thrive, and I strive to create a space where creativity and resilience can guide you through challenges.

How I help...

I can support in developing parenting skills unique to your child, navigating the emotions of being/becoming a parent, co-parenting support, working with families with complex dynamics, and support navigating the difficulties of the school system. As well as supporting young adults transitioning into adulthood, and supporting teens in their developmental growth. I can also provide support in getting connected to additional resources for testing, or exploring medication management.

I believe...

...meaningful change often begins through intentional, compassionate conversation—whether it’s our very first session or our last. Every interaction is an opportunity to reflect, process, and grow.

What it's like in session with me...

In Session, you can expect a direct but supportive, judgment-free environment where every concern—no matter how big or small—is taken seriously. My role is to help you gain clarity, develop tools, and move toward the life you envision for yourself, with confidence in your abilities and the success you deserve.
