Hi, I'm Kira (she/they). If you are overwhelmed, stressed, anxious, stuck, unsure, in pain, in transition, or lost, I want to work with you. My practice is trauma-informed. You may not identify as having experienced 'trauma' but that doesn't mean you can't benefit from this approach. When we work together we will identify the little things, those less severe or cumulative distressing experiences that may not have been "major" or life threatening but can still have a significant impact on your development and well-being.

What it's like in session with me...
Whether it’s your first time going to therapy or you’ve been in therapy for years, we will find an approach that makes you comfortable. We will focus on increasing emotional awareness, practicing mindfulness, learning and identifying skills for use in and out of the therapy space, accessing internal resources, fostering creative expression, and facilitating self-love and empowerment.
