Robyn has a passion for hearing people’s lived experiences and understands that it is a privilege to be the person that people trust. Robyn has worked with individuals from all ages, backgrounds, experiences and cultures. She brings humor into the therapeutic relationship. Whether it is a child struggling to express big emotions, a couple who feels disconnected, or an adult carrying stress and anxiety that is taking over, Robyn provides a supportive space to slow things down and make sense of what is happening.
Robyn’s approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, psychodynamic insight and person centered techniques to allow client’s to understand their experiences and build tools for healing.
Robyn has worked across multiple levels of care, including outpatient and community mental health settings, supporting children, adults, couples and families with a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns. My work has included helping clients process trauma, manage anxiety, navigate relationship challenges and build healthier coping strategies. I’ve supported individuals through both crisis moments and long term growth, which allows me to meet clients where they are and adapt the work to what they truly need. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported and empowered to move forward.
Robyn holds a Master’s in Counseling/Marriage and Family Therapy which serves as the foundation for my clinical training and commitment to providing thoughtful, evidence based care.
