Konnichiwa! I'm Lisa (She, Her) and I am an ACSW. I believe that therapy is a place where clients should be able to feel 100% themselves and safe with no fear of being judged. My approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that although our thoughts impact our mood which in turn can impact our behavior, a lot of those thoughts have been ingrained in us since our early childhood years. I work with individuals, couples and families who deal with anxiety, depression, adjustment issues and other life issues. My therapeutic approach is multifaceted in that I use CBT, ACT and Solution Focused Therapy interchangeably. While I am the therapist, I believe that my clients are the experts of their lives. I am merely the passenger, helping you, the driver, navigate this thing we call life. I hope our work together will leave you feeling loved, healed and most importantly, YOU!
